Outstanding Stay at Voco Edinburgh Haymarket – Highly Recommended! I had an exceptional stay at Voco Edinburgh Haymarket from 25th January to 9th February 2025. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made my experience truly memorable. Front Desk – Exceptional Service A special mention to Mr. Jake, Mr. Prit, Mr. Colum, and Ms. Victoria, who were incredibly alert and proactive. Noting that we were a group of three with large luggage, they efficiently arranged an upgrade to a premium room, ensuring our comfort. Their professionalism and engagement with guests truly stood out. A big thank you to Ms. Victoria for her assistance in booking our Timberrush Travel day tour. She was patient, detailed, and ensured we had all the necessary information for a seamless experience. Coffee House – Warm & Personalized Service The hospitality at the coffee house was second to none, thanks to Mr. Gaurav, Ms. Gayathri, and Mr. Sunil. Every time we entered, they greeted my family by name, making us feel valued. Their attention to detail was impressive—they even remembered our preferred seating for both breakfast and dinner. Such thoughtful gestures made every meal more enjoyable. Housekeeping – Friendly & Efficient A special thank you to the Thai nationality girl from housekeeping, who always had a warm smile and was incredibly helpful. Her dedication to keeping our room spotless and comfortable was truly appreciated. Final Thoughts With such an outstanding team providing top-tier service, I highly recommend Voco Edinburgh Haymarket to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Edinburgh. Great location, 5-10 minutes' walk from Haymarket station. 10 minutes walk from The Usher Hall. Checking in was friendly, smooth and efficient. The room was very clean, well equipped and a good size. Bed was comfortable, bed linen was crisp and clean. En suite was fresh and clean with good quality toiletries included. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice (including vegetarian), fresh and nicely prepared. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Good quality coffee too. We shall return here, this hotel will now become our regular one when we visit Edinburgh.

The hotel felt very modern and clean. The layout of the room was lovely and spacious, with a fab bathroom. The added touch of the jetted bath was a great addition. The bed was very comfy too! The hotel is a five minute walk from Haymarket train station which is very handy and also within walking distance to Princes Street. The actual location of the hotel is removed from the hustle and bustle and in a lovely, quiet area.

The bedroom was spacious and immaculate. The bed's were very comfortable and was something we looked forward to after walking and exploring the city all day. The bathroom was a good size and the room was furnished well. It was modern, comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was fantastic, I could not fault this at all, it is easy to walk to most places we only took one taxi for our whole trip. The restaurant staff were very friendly too.

I like the gush of fragrance every time we come in the entrance and the staff are all very nice, special mention to Gaudav - restaurant staff. He has been ery accomodating from day 1 to our last day. It is nice if a staff remembers their guests. The place is very accessible and near the centre. Getting uber taxi was very easy as well. The room was nice and aesthetic. There were 3 of us in the room, the sofa bed was a big too.
